VIL DESIGN is a Belgrade-based interior design and furniture studio specialising in custom kitchens, wardrobes and full home fit-outs. Their projects range from high-end apartments in Belgrade Waterfront and New Belgrade to commercial interiors and showrooms. Before the redesign, the website didn’t fully support how they sell – it looked good, but it wasn’t structured around the way clients actually browse interiors, choose styles and request a quote.

Our task was to turn the website into a digital showroom. We reorganised the content around real-life decision journeys – from idea & concept, through design & production, all the way to installation. A new gallery system highlights completed interiors by type (kitchens, wardrobes, living rooms, bedrooms, offices), while project pages showcase material choices, craftsmanship details and before/after stories. Clear calls to action lead visitors towards a consultation, showroom visit or direct contact with the team.

Because the website relies heavily on high-resolution photography, performance and loading speed were a key focus. We optimised images, implemented lazy loading and tested the site across modern browsers and devices to keep the experience smooth. All contact forms, phone links and CTAs were validated to make it easy for prospects to book a consultation or visit the showroom directly from mobile.

After launch, the website started functioning as a true lead generation channel instead of a simple brochure. Visitors get a clear picture of VIL DESIGN’s capabilities, from premium materials to complex custom solutions, resulting in more qualified enquiries and a stronger first impression for clients looking to renovate or fully furnish their homes and commercial spaces.
