project overview

TRACE.DIRECT is a forensic AI platform built to help scam victims and investigators trace stolen funds and generate court-ready evidence. The challenge was to turn an extremely technical product – on-chain analysis, risk scoring, trace paths – into a clear, guided experience for non-technical users who are under stress and time pressure after fraud.

We designed and developed the web and mobile-facing flows around two key actions: running an instant trace and starting a free pre-scan. The interface walks users through a step-by-step wizard, explaining what data is needed, what the AI will do with it and what type of report they will receive at the end. Marketing content and product UI are aligned, so the promise in the hero – turning hidden fraud into actionable evidence – is reflected in every screen.

  • Conversion-focused landing structure with dual CTAs: “Run Instant Trace” and “Start Free Pre-Scan”.
  • Guided flows that translate complex forensic AI processes into simple, human language and clear next steps.
  • Consistent visual system across web and mobile that supports future product features without redesign.

project testing and result

Because users enter sensitive financial and transaction data, we put strong emphasis on trust, performance and perceived security. The app was tested across modern browsers and devices with attention to load times, form validation, error handling and edge-case flows, ensuring that users never feel “stuck” during a trace request.

The end result is a product experience that feels both powerful and approachable. Victims, lawyers and investigators can quickly understand what TRACE.DIRECT does, how it protects their data and how to move from first visit to completed trace in a few focused steps – making the platform ready for global scale-up and paid acquisition campaigns.
