Konto Union is a modern accounting firm that combines bookkeeping, full legal support and workplace safety services under one roof. As their client base grew, email threads and scattered documents started to slow down communication. They needed a central, secure digital hub where clients could access everything related to their business – contracts, reports, payroll, safety documentation and direct support – without calling or emailing for every small update.

We designed and developed a dedicated web & mobile application that functions as a private social network for Konto Union clients. Each company has its own space with timelines, tasks, document vaults and notifications for legal and safety deadlines. On top of that, we crafted the website visuals, dashboard UI and marketing assets to clearly communicate the “all-in-one back office” positioning. The core version of the platform is live and in daily use, while new modules and automations are continuously being shipped based on real client feedback.

Because the platform carries sensitive financial and legal data, we focused on security, stability and clarity of the UX. We tested role-based access, file uploads, notifications and messaging flows across devices to ensure that clients can log in, find key documents and respond to requests without friction. Particular attention was given to how deadlines, tasks and safety obligations are surfaced so nothing gets missed.

The initial release already reduced email volume and manual follow-ups between Konto Union and its clients. From there, the project moved into a continuous-improvement phase: new features, dashboards and integrations are rolled out regularly, turning the platform into a long-term digital backbone for the firm and its client relationships.
